INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
In addition to the work that George S. May International Company accomplishes across the United States helping businesses become more successful, we also work with companies in Canada, and Mexico.
After 15 years of operation the George S. May International Company, founded in 1925, was firmly established in the United States. In fact, less than five years after Mr. May started in Chicago, he opened offices in 1929 in New York City and San Francisco.
The international growth of the George S. May International Company began in the late 1930s. Many companies in Canada were involved in the production of war materials in the years leading up to the entry of the United States into World War II. We worked closely with Canadian businesses to help improve their efficiency and the effectiveness of their procedures.
Today, George S. May International Company is very active in virtually every province of Canada, providing business consulting services to companies large and small.
In many ways this work with Canadian businesses prepared George S. May International Company for the role that it would play working with the United States Government and major U. S. companies in support of our nation's war efforts.
The George S. May International Company's operations in Mexico began in the year 2000. Specially trained personnel, familiar with the language and customs of Mexico, are now assisting business people in that country become more successful.
Just as the business growth of George S. May International Company mirrors the growth of business in the United States, our role in assisting business people in other countries reflects the influence that unique and innovative American business ideas continue to have.
